I went to Frankee on a friend's recommendation. I have extremely curly hair and have been straightening it for two years now, everyday, which is very time consuming. Frankee cut and styled my hair, taking a risk with my reluctance, curly again. After being a fake straight for so long it was a shock to see how great my hair looked curly. She encouraged me that texture is in, "just look in any magazine", so I listened. She also suggested a book called Curly Girl for me to read to learn how to care for my hair. Not washing everyday and conditioning is helping my hair get healthy and look good. Frankee is down to earth and approachable, just what I was looking for in a stylist. I'll be open to new ideas in the future because of this experience- sometimes it takes an outside perspective to try something new!
