i love this restaurant!!! i am an hispanic who loves to cook and i am married to an mexican who loves to eat down home mexican food. it is a job cooking for my family of critics and when i feel like i need a break the first place i think of is THE RANCHITO. my family can go in and dine and leave satisfied without a complaint!! i recommend the enchiladas de pollo veirde, camaron planchao, beef fajita taco salad, or just about whatever tickles your fancy!!!
