Review content:
AMA Techtel has serious problems. Their pricing is OK but the service quality is poor - it is difficult to find a knowledgeable person with whom to talk. The service quality was well documented last week as the main switch was down for at least five hours, during which time you couldn't call in to them. Amarillo ISD sent notes home with some of the kids apologizing for the inability to call into the schools and KCIT TV had a report on AMA Techtel that night. Don't give them your business or you will be sorry!
