Businiess name:  Bread Alone

Review content:
Bread Alone is simply the tastiest organic bread in the Hudson Valley, and indeed people know and love it all throughout the Northeast. When they set up a shop here in Kingston, everyone was instantly delighted. Great service, wonderful food, original sandwiches and pastries, great soups and organic juice drinks, amazing coffee. After a year or two of raking it in, however, the building's landlord decided to kick Bread Alone out and open his own copy-cat cafe. Bread Alone was unceremoniously evicted, and now Cafe Rustica stands in its place, offering the same kind of fare at the same prices -- except it's much lower-grade than Bread Alone. I know business is cut-throat, but it was very disappointing to see such a move from someone who should be supporting local commerce, not co-opting it. Cons: it's closed
