Review content:
When Bath and Body works first started popping up at malls across America, it was definately geared toward preteens with penchants for good smelling bubble bath. Recently, Bath and Body has become increasingly sophisticated offering high quality products including "spa" items and skin care essentials. I think it's awesome that they've paired up with companies like Bigelow and L'Occitane, etc. They also have maintained some younger lines, and expanded others-- like the American Girl collection. Very neat!
The Bel Air location is NOT the biggest or most glitzy, but they do get high end lines and always seem to have the new products available quickly. The store is clean and well organized and the employees are always willing to point out "specials" or "new promotions." They also always provide some sorta incentive to come back for more-- coupons in the bag or a special "tip" about an upcoming sale.
