This store is always picked over but that's part of the fun. You can find all the high end department store merchandise at loehmann's and they're always doing some kind of promotion. It only got better when they opened that expansive shoe department next door. they frequently have opportunities for you to earn points that can be used for discounts so sign up for the insider program. they give you a discount before, during and after your birthday and you can usually stack all these discounts together. i recently got a beautiful carmen marc valvo evening dress for $250 less than what it was selling for at sak's at the same time.
