After an interim owner, now out of the business, Wendy Love, the founder, is back. While I enjoyed Love's while it was not Wendy's, I was surprised and very pleased to see her back. The atmosphere in the store, my farorite aspect of Love's, instantly returned to wonderful. I could feel the difference. I was also very happy to see some of the old faces, as Wendy brought back some of her best employees. Her selection is on a grand scale, her prices are very reasonable, and the service you receive is tops. Tammy (T-Bell) and her husband, Chuck, are on site as well. While they run independently of Love's, they do alterations in leather, rebuild saddles and generally enjoy the current gossip. They can do anything with leather. While I have bought all my leather goods from Love's (Jacket, vest, boots, gloves, chaps, goggles, helmet, etc.), I do not need much else. Nevertheless, I am there a couple of days each week as it's such a great sanctuary in which the hang out.. So many friends, good coffee, nice chats and comfort are there. I love Love's, and I do recommend it to everyone, as it is not just a store. It is a great experience.
