Review content:
Club K-9 requires a "temperament test." We completed the multi-page application, copied vet records and went to the pet store to buy the required quick-release collar. I called for directions and neither of the employees were able to clearly tell me how to get there. Two hours after drop off, they called to tell us hour dog had failed the test. We were HIGHLY surprised since our dog has been to daycare, boarding, and plays at a dog park daily. Apparently they "fail" a dog who barks b/c it might "stress out the other dogs." Ironically, every time I've called there are multiple dogs barking in the background. There was never any previous mention of barking as a reason for failure. We left work mid-morning to pick him up and paid $16 for the hassle of this ridiculous temperament test. I wouldn't recommend Club K-9 to anyone.
