Businiess name:  Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar
Review by:  Sunny G.
Review content:
Japanese is one of my favorite cuisines! Coming from Texas, I have been to many fantastic Japanese steak houses. When I moved here, I realized there was only one, and I'd never heard of it - Ichiban. I've been there twice now, and it's good! When comparing it to places like Kobe and Benihana, it's just not as good. But don't get me wrong - it's still awesome! Just not as good as the others I've been to. I'd rate Kobe and Benihana 5 stars PERFECT, but Ichiban is just 4 stars GREAT. The tofu soup isn't great, they don't offer as wide a variety of veggies for an appetizer, and the dessert menu is limited. But it's still wonderful food (my husband said he's never had salmon that good), a great atmosphere, and a fun show!
