From a facility standpoint this theater is awesome! Beautiful building and great equipment. Unfortunately the place seems to be run by slackers. Few of the employees are courteous and some are even vacuous and obviously have other places that they would rather be. The electronic signs are often not updated quick enough. There are often messes on the floor that are not picked up. They cram movies together so tight that if you show up a little early you find yourself waiting in the lobby being forced to smell the massively overpriced concessions. Also you can count on watching at least 20 minutes of trailers and commercials. I like trailers, they give me big screen previews of upcoming movies. I tolerate commercials on TV because I don't specifically pay for the show I watch. When I pay 30 bucks for 3 admissions and .40 cents worth of popcorn I don't want to be forced to watch commercials that make a sucky theater even more money.
