I love Bookmans. I really love them. A local used bookstore could so easily go the "We're too cool for books people actually read" route and stock nothing but new-age hippie books made out of alfalfa.
Not bookmans. They have a whole section for romance books. Cheap romance books with pictures of Fabio carrying a blond out of a burning building.
They have every science fiction book ever written. They have the entire DragonLance series.
If you love to read, and you love to own your books, go to Bookmans. Cheap books, lots of books. And they'll buy your old StarTrek books from you.
