I went for the first time today. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I loved the atmosphere. The staff was very professional and helpful. The hairdresser assigned to me offered a hand massage while I waited for my color to take. The young lady at the reception desk was very knowledgable about the products, and eager to help. I went away with a good feeling about the place. I will definitely return. I know there is one bad review, but I didn't find any of that while I was there today. Perhaps the person who left the bad review was there at a rare bad time, or is just an exceptionally grumpy person, and wouldn't be happy with anything. Don't hesitate to give the place a try. It was great. And the cost of service was not unreasonable.
