We purchased our last vehicle from Courtesy. Honestly it broke my heart to buy from such a large chain but we found the salespeople to be knowledgeable and the internet manager to cut a fair deal.
Attempted to get repairs done at this dealership but they were overpriced in comparison to other Ford dealerships in town.
On the downside they offered us a paltry trade-in amount compared to what we purchased the vehicle for at one of their sister dealerships- ahhhh, corporate blasphemy!
They are customer friendly and want to work for and with you. We were even mailed thank you cards for stopping it (this is far before we bought)!
Friendly, friendly sales staff!
