Review content:
This is the place I go to if my pets get sick. I haven't been going very long, but I have gone more than enough times to get a feel of the place. When my cat had a URI this past summer the first vet said it was nothing and gave me some vitamins to give him. Of course I knew that wasn't the case so I ended up calling around the next day and this place was open and had open appointments that day (a Saturday). I brought him in and right away the vet knew what was wrong. It was amazing just a day later my cat was no longer acting like he was on the verge of death. I do have some complaints when it comes to dealing with the place though. First, I had a lot of trouble convincing them to order a certain food for my special needs cat. Then my vet told me to give it a couple of weeks for it to get there. I wanted to make sure it was there so I waited 3 weeks before calling and asking if it was there. The lady said she didn't know and they'd call back. The next day they call asking for the name of the food again. It seems they just forgot to order it completely. So then it took another week and a half before it was there. I just think it's a little ridiculous to have to wait over a month when it shouldn't have taken that long. Is this enough to keep me from going to them? No, but next time I order food I'll call back to get an update much much sooner.
