I can't speak for all their locations, or even all the departments at the Boscov's Laurel Mall location...BUT I can speak for the manager of their small appliances and housewares department. Chris is just a wonderful lady. She's incredibly patient (even with a million questions), extremely knowledgeable about her products, and just tremendously courteous and helpful! She's got a great selection of products, and if she doesn't have what you're looking for, she's always willing to go the extra mile and see if she can get it in! The service here is unrivaled...and be sure to ask her about opening a Boscov's charge while you're there!
