Review content:
State & A is a great little place to stop and eat while you are walking down State Street to do some shopping. From the outside, it looks like it would be pretty fancy and expensive. However, once we were inside, it was relatively casual and reasonably priced. The food was wonderful - especially the fish and chips. They also had a great kids menu that included spaghetti. I was really impressed with how friendly they were with our kids. When our two year old made a mess with his spaghetti and my wife was cleaning it up, the waitress came up and told her to stop because that is what they are paid to do. When does that ever happen? I was really impressed.
