There is a saying.... a picture worth?s thousand words.... Even with me showing few images of the shades of color, it came out not even close to what has been requested and presented. I saw a very apologetic look in the eyes, paid the top price, walked out and headed directly to the target's shelf where found my perfect color for $24.99.
Sick of paying top dollar to inexperienced hairdressers. When I spend more than 15 minutes on explaining what I try to accomplish, I don?t expect to get highlights like everyone else. If I pay for a custom work, I should be receiving one.
Find a better place for the top buck you are paying!
