Review content:
This hair salon looks modern and trendy, but the focus in the end is on it's stylists being pretty. They are all gossipy and giggly. Now that I'm at the point in my life where I can afford to treat myself to a nice cut , I'd like to do so without feeling like I'm getting my hair cut in a high school.
First off, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time for the shampoo to begin. She didn't even acknowledge that anything was wrong.
I had to cancel my spa appointment which was down the street because my colorist took forever to do her work. I left a two hour window but it was still not enough. She was rude about that and not only did she not apologize, but she then continued to make rude comments to her co-workers. Four hours later, I had a nice cut and color but it was not worth it. It took so long and the girls there are so rude. Needless to say, I did not tip and I do not plan on going back anytime soon.
There are salons with both quality and good service out there--keep looking and don't waste your time on this one.
Pros: Decent cut and color.
Cons: Snobbiness, not on time, slow stylists.
