Adelphia seems to go up on there service for thing or another ever year . I wouldn't have a problem with the price hike if the service was getting better but it doesn't, you are just paying more for the same thing
They are up to $56 for basic digital cable for only one cable box. I have talked to others who also said they were too high also, but there were not other options in their area. It's amazing how many channels there are with nothing on. There are many channels that just play music without any video, and others that just show ads.
When they first changed over the digital cable boxes I called and asked would there be a difference in price for the new boxes and I was told no. Then after turning the old ones in, I was told there would be a higher rate.
