Review content:
I used to be a regular spa client, and stopped going about a year ago when my massage therapist left and since I didn't care for the old owners, I stopped going. I could never get an appointment and was told by a friend it was because I had a gift card and they didn't want them redeemed so they can keep the money in the bank and they always made me feel like I was a dollar sign when I was checking out. I recently got a gift certificate for christmas and thought what the heck I'll use it and move on. I couldn't beleive it!! Once I arrived I was treated like a queen and felt so pampered and appreciated. The vibe was so inviting and everyone looked like they enjoyed working there. The NEW owner Jerry waited on me hand and foot before I was taken back to go for my service. I was excited to see my old massage therapist, Erica had come back to work there since being under new ownership. I felt relieved to see the new and improved Zimbali and will definately come back again. This was the best experience I have had going to a spa in this area and will share it with anyone I meet.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Not anymore
