Review content:
Foley's is a good place to look for stylish clothes and shoes. Some of their regular priced items can be somewhat expensive if you're in a tight budget, though.
However, Foley's still makes one of my favorite stores. Specially when they have Red Apple sales - then combine that with the outgoing seasonal clothes. You've got yourself some major deals if you're willing to look through racks and racks of clothes.
Make sure to buy the paper in the morning (or get those free Spanish newspapers, which also have the coupons) and head out to Foley's. This specific store usually has their racks in the back corner by the shoe section. You'll usually find about eight or ten racks full of outgoing, seasonal clothes that will be about 1/8 of the original price once you add up the savings.
One extra tip: Look out for the 80% off shoes towards the end of the season. Their shoes go crazy cheap. I have found $100 for $7 there before. Be willing to look around, go early and have your coupon ready. It's worth it.
