Review content:
I went here to check prices on a gas fireplace. After a few attempts to get there before they closed (they only have 9-5 kind of hours), I finally got there and was looking around. There was a guy that helped me that was the most unprofessional salesman. He was irritated I broke into his lazy time, I think. He mostly was condescending and pointed to where I should look. Prices were OUTRAGEOUS!!! Then on top of it, you had to pay the same price (which meant double) for installation. Just the mantle and insert with logs alone was like $3000 and that was the cheap models!! We bought one at Home Depot and with everything PLUS the installation by gas guys was a quarter of the price. This is a project that you're better off actually doing yourself. Get a licensed gas repairer in for the hook up, but everything else is simple....Don't let this place take your hard earned money-- remember how much garbage you took at work to get that money? Keep it in your pocket and not in this businesses!
