Businiess name:  Lenscrafters

Review content:
I have visited the Doctor's of Optometry as well as the Lenscrafters store at Gateway and have found both to be lacking. The Doctor tried to talk me into a higher priced contact after I had been wearing the same ones happily for 10 years. He made me try a sample of "his" preference before he would give me my prescription so I could order the kind I actually wanted! When it was time for my husband to get glasses at Lenscrafters, we thought we would save a little bit of money by using a coupon we had found online. Well, we found out that you could only use the coupon on the higher priced glasses. The cheaper glasses were "on sale", but you could not even apply the coupon towards the "regular" price of the cheaper glasses because they were currently on a promotion. Then when we wanted to buy a pair of glasses on sale, they only had one style of menswear glasses! This is before even beginning to calculate the cost of lenses. So - needless to say, we will not be visiting here again. I'd much rather go to a place that is up front about their prices whether they are higher or lower than LensCrafters.
