Savers is like D.I. for the uppity. It's a step up in trawling through other people's old junk in search of treasure. Most of the stuff they put out for sale is pretty decent, but every once in a while you'll find something truly fabulous. Savers is an absolute must for Halloween costumes and other accessories, and a great place to shop for the discerning college budget fashionista. One of my best-dressed friends finds most of her clothing at Savers.
It's not the cleanest, and it's not the tidiest, but it is very well-organized. I think anyone could spend a happy hour or two poking through their inventory.
