We used JCH last year when we were under contract on a house and are so glad we did. They were so thorough and explained everything to me while it was going on, all possibly problems and ones that were already present. They did a very detailed report and we ultimately decided not to take the house. His inspection report made it easy to kill the contract with the lawyer. We are under contract again this year and used the same company, even requested the same inspector. He did a wonderful job as usual and we are currently negotiating the contract. He was so helpful to the home buying process. I recommend this company to everyone in the area.
