I called Serenity Day Spa to setup an appointment for my Mom to have a massage and facial. The person that answered the phone said that they did not have any openings for over two months and they did not have a calendar started for the next month, then I asked her to give me the next available Saturday appointment because my Mom works. They proceeded to ask me where my Mom works and I said nearby and they wanted to give me an appointment during the week to which I explained that I wanted her to have time to enjoy herself instead of rushing from work and the person kept pushing the week day so which I told her that she is not listening to me and that I would call somewhere else that would listen to my request.
