Businiess name:  Gaylord Palms Kissimmee Hotels
Review by:  Jill R.
Review content:
The Gaylord Palms is a hotel experience unlike any I've ever had. With a perfect 72 degrees under its 4 acre atrium, you experience the best of Florida (complete with live alligators) with completely perfect weather. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, with computer access to the internet in every room. Every employee takes great pride in their work and service is gracious--no request is too small or too large. I've stayed here twice and it's one of those hotel experiences where you are actually sad to leave. My children adore the place and there's literally something for everyone here. We used the childcare service and were very pleased. This is not an inexpensive hotel but you do get what you pay for. As for the location, it couldn't be more perfect. Literally a two-minute drive from Disney property but seemingly miles from the hustle and bustle of all those hot, sweaty tourists. Whenever possible, I would choose the Gaylord Palms for my Orlando stay.
