I've been to lots of hair salons during my four years in Syracuse and the service I received at Joseph Anthony was the best. From the interactions over the phone to arriving and meeting the front desk receptionist, I felt very comfortable from the beginning. My stylist did a terrific job and I've been extremely pleased with her work. The salon is very clean and they offer top-quality products. The prices are slightly higher than other salons, but it's definitely worth it.
