I took my Infiniti I30 to this place a few days ago. Mainly because it was closer and brand new and thought they would do a great job but also because it needed an oil change and to have it cleaned up because we was going to sell it. They called me and told me I needed my rear brakes replaced because they were completely gone and that my rear brake cables was frozen. We told them to just do the service requested now because we was going to take it to another place that put on the brakes for that. When we picked up our car the carpets was still wet from the shampoo, they're still dirt on the car but they had washed it , buffed, and waxed it. They only done possibly 14 out of 26 things that they were suppose to do. It was bad. The customer service was horrible. It was like the managers didn't even care. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place for service.
