We were looking for a complicated cake, and we wanted it to taste good. His flavor was not great to begin with, but the experience did not help. We never actually met Michael. He might be very nice and his portfolio was okay. But the assistant we met with for the tasting was not knowledgeable - though extremely nice. We wanted a complicated cake, and she said he could do it, without ever asking him. We specifically asked her to ask him and get back to us, and when she called us about signing a contract, she had never asked him is it COULD do what we wanted him to do. The flavors were not great anyway, so we were happy to go elsewhere.
