Maybe "Groverhome" should tell the whole story..... First of all, she was never told to leave before the polish dried (that was "Groverhome" own decision) and she had an opportunity for a refund, but she could not return later for it.
She was offered to return and another employee would do it and her comment was that she "did not have anyone to watch her kids."
This is more of a "I have no money and I will try to get anything for FREE!!!!" customer and it did not work.......
