not only are the services great, but z spa makes everything easy so you can really relax. there's no pressure, everything is timely, it's really quiet and relaxing in there.... basically, they make sure every aspect of your experience is convenient. you just have to show on time. the best is buying gift certificates there. it's fast, you can buy one for whatever you want, it looks nice and even has a bow so no need to wrap, it never expires, and they keep meticulous records of it in case you lose it so i never have to worry. everyone i have given a gift certificate to from there has loved it! i'm a regular.
Pros: convenience, atmosphere, service
Cons: it's generally hard to just walk in; they get booked fast esp on the weekend so you need to call at least a week ahead
