Businiess name:  Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Review by:  Brianna W.
Review content:
Our only car was in the shop so we ended up renting from Enterprise. The only car that they had that was rentable was a huge 8 person SUV that would barely fit in our driveway. After literally watching the gas guage go from full to empty as we drove we took it back the next day and they had something else available. When we went to return the Enterprise car they tried to charge me for a scratch on the door. Turns out that when we brought the original SUV back and traded it for a smaller SUV they forgot to do the inspection of the condition of the car and had no proof that the scratch wasn't there before we rented it. Not only that but I had to wait and wait and wait while the guy that was supposed to be helping me return the car answered the phones and dealt with other customers. By the time Enterprise found someone to drive me down the street to get my car back the auto shop was closed. Thank goodness the secretary knew I was coming (she actually called Enterprise wondering where I was) or I would have been stranded. I would never use this branch of Enterprise again.
