Unlike James M., I never actually shopped for a car at Bill Marsh Ford, rather, because we already own a Ford and Bill Marsh is so close to my work, this is where we bring our truck for any necessary repair work or inspections. And actually I was so pleased with the service dept at Bill Marsh that I started bringing my Mitsubishi to them for it's annual state inspection. Never had a problem and everyone has always been so nice! Perhaps one of the coolest things is that you can use the internet and go to their website to schedule your service appointment and while you are on their site, scroll through their service dept coupons because they always have specials on-line! Sometimes you can hit a really good coupon and save some bucks! I did at my last inspection and I was very happy about it too.
