I spent $122 plus tip for two hair colors and a cut. I left Salon Art-Tiff with drab color, a horrible cut, and a style that was big and frizzy. I was so embarrassed by what they did to my hair that I went straight home so I wouldn?t be seen in public. ?Salon Art-Tiff's mission is to be a preeminent salon by providing high quality and consistancy in our services and products.? So for marketing themselves as a preeminent salon they can?t even spell consistency correct on their homepage. Furthermore there is nothing preeminent about Salon Art-Tiff. Their service is severely lacking. For $122 I should have had wonderful salon experience and wonderful hair. Instead I had an awful experience as their poorly trained stylist ruined my hair a week before Christmas and New Years. I am not a stylist however I have more knowledge and I could have done a better job if I cut and colored my hair myself. I left completely unsatisfied with every aspect of Salon Art-Tiff. I did speak with the manager before I left. The manager was unapologetic for charging me $122+ to ruin my hair.
