Review content:
After reading some of the negative reviews posted here I felt I absolutely MUST write my own. We have been going to see Dr. Wagner for several years now and I rave about him everytime the words glasses or contacts come up in a conversation. Both my husband and I have been in glasses since we were very little so we've had our fair share of last minute glasses purchases at "one hour optical places" and gone to many different opticians over the years but finally we've found one we'll be sticking to. Dr Wagner is great. He was able to fit me into the right contact lenses after 10 years of wearing uncomfortable ones (i have dry eyes) or avoiding to wear them while at work because staring a computer all day dried my eyes even more. I was ecstatic! As for my husband, he has troubles finding glasses that will fit because he has practically no bridge to his nose. Again, Dr. Wagner and his staff to the rescue, they were able to fit him with a pair that lasted...ready for this...4 years! No small feat to get glasses that durable (especially with two small children at home constantly using Dad as a jungle gym) at an affordable price. As for the eye exams, I was always made to feel at ease and the staff, all of them, are great with my kids. We were in just last Saturday to have my husbands eyes checked and buy him some new glasses and despite it being VERY busy we found the staff very helpful. They were running crazy but still found the time to help us select some frames and get us in the door and out as fast as possible. (Much appreciated by a mother with two impatient children!!!) Again I can't rave enough about him and his practice. Please take the time to stop in and check them out if you need glasses. For us, we'll never go the route of pricey opticians or cookie cutter one hour optical strip mall stores. My family's eyes are much too precious!
Pros: Great Doctor! Helpful Staff! Great Prices!
Cons: Can't think of any, we've never had a bad experience!
