I have been going to Dr Wagner for many years. He is a really nice and a good eye doctor. I would have continued to go there if I hadnt been treated so badly. I went in to replace my glasses that I had lost and was treated very poorly. Since I wasnt there to just pick up they went ahead and helped everyone before me even though I had been waiting longer than most of them. There were three girls working and all seemed too busy to answer my questions. When I decided on what glasses I wanted it was priced out way too high so I decided to look else where. Had I been treated better I would have purchased from him since hes a good doctor and I wanted to give him business. I asked for a copy of my glasses percription and the shorter chubby girl wearing a vest (4/14/09) gave me a very hard time and made me look at these glasses I had no interest in for a cheaper price. Maybe if she was nicer about it I would have considered it. I looked. I left. Came back and asked them again for my script and they gave it to me. When I left the same rude girl yelled I hope you find the right frames in a mean tone. I must say not all very rude (thinner girl was the only helpful one) He should fire everyone else and maybe he'd have better business. I surely would come back but until then I will be doing my business elsewhere.
