Do Not Shop Here!!!! Dr. Wagner's is a terrible place with terrible service. The employees were very rude. After I decided not to buy my eyewear there they never canceled the authorization they got from my insurance. So when I went to buy my glasses at a different optical store my purchase was rejected by the insurance because Dr. Wagner's never canceled their aurthorization. I called and they said they'd do it, but they never did. I had to go to the store, and they still brushed me off and said they'd do it when they had the chance. It is illegal to not cancel an authorization immediately after the customer does not make a purchase. Finally, I had to become very loud and make a stink before the manager very rudely got off her butt and took 2 minutes out of her day to cancel the authorization. Cons: everything about it!
