Businiess name:  Triangle Real Estate Fieldstone
Review by:  Amanda Z.
Review content:
I lived at Fieldstone Trace for almost 2 years. During the time I lived there I was pretty happy, but we are not people who really complain about much. Anytime we called to have something fixed the crew was there relatively quickly. The pool is nice, but full of cigarette smoking teenagers most of the time. We felt that the price was good. About 7 months into our second year lease we feel in love with a house and decided to buy it. We spoke with the office people and agreed to buy ourselves out of our lease. We also agreed to leave the garage door opener we installed for a credit towards any damages. This was all fine until we received a bill for almost $250 for damages, most of which I am positive never existed. we are currently fighting not to pay this, but i have heard this is not uncommon practice for triangle, to come up with absurd charges.
