Review content:
We use Sears for all major home purchases where possible - appliances, electronics, etc. Even though many people will say that extended warranties are a waste of money - we also shell out for the warranty. We've been so happy with the service and items as a result. We tend to buy clearance/refurbed items so the cost difference pays for the warranty. With our lawn mower, we had an issue with it and they gave us a brand new one. I like the safety of having the warranty.
