Between my husband and I, we've probably spent more money at Best Buy than we'd be proud to confess to. The Montgomery store is good about carrying the newest iPod models and carrying movies and video games on their day of release. They don't like to put the stuff we like on sale, though. :(
Customer service is hit-or-miss here. Salesmen don't work on commission here, and sometimes it's really obvious when they'd rather hit on the girl in the next department than assist you, as we discovered when we purchased my husband's satellite radio system. They're a little too apt to let check out lines get long before they bring more employees to the front to cashier, in my opinion, but overall we've had positive experiences here.
