Review content:
Moe's offers one thing that no other restaurant in town offers: great tofu. They must lace the stuff with crack, because I keep coming back to get more of it.
Their service is usually stellar - really friendly, non-ghetto kids (unlike some places in Montgomery) who are really accommodating of weird requests & quick to greet you with a "Welcome to Moe's!".
They prepare everything from scratch and thus the food is really customizable. The restaurant is clean & bright (although I wish they'd never gotten rid of the pictures of dead musicians). This is one of my family's favorite Montgomery restaurants and I bet it'll be one of yours, too.
