I am not a picky person, but I have to say that I visited Vivo for the first time and the service was horrible!!! Although my party was only being served by the bartender-She was RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, and EXTREMELY SLOW. I think we waited for 20 minutes before she came to take our drink order, and then she disappeared for another 20 before returning to take our food order. She served everyone who came in after us before us. I have never had this problem before anywhere! The food was OK and came in small portions. The atmosphere was nice, but that was about the only plus I car to offer Vivo... it could be great- if only the staff takes a lesson in mannars.
