I'll start this with this was my first, last, and only visit to this Braums. I doubt I will ever return.
The service I received at this Braums was VERY bad. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my food served to me and when it was finally ready the sandwiches and chicken strips were cold and tasted "old". On top of that the order was incorrect! I had requested that they not put tomatoes on my sandwich, care to guess what I found? In all fairness at least they weren't stingy with them!!
I may give Braums another chance at another location - but not this one again. I'll update this review if I hear back from their corporate office on the complaint I have filed.
