Review content:
The Card and Paper factory is great. They have great deals on balloons and other party items. I was shopping there for our some stuff for Thanksgiving and found quite a few things on sale before thanksgiving which was great. They have a great selection of clearance items too. I love this store. We buy most of our party supplies here. The staff isn't always friendly it all depends on who is working but hey their prices definitely make up for that.
