Chin Chin offers California-ized Chinese cuisine. It's hard to order anything else when they are famous for their divine Chinese Chicken Salad with the best ginger dressing. spring rolls come with a wonderful apricot dipping sauce. Other finds include the paper wrapped chicken, orange chicken, and lettuce cups. They have a frequent diner card.
