Do not get me wrong , I like anyone else like the convenience of being able to order tickets online or over the phone within minutes and know that I got them without waiting in a line. But the extra costs that they tack on to these tickets are ridiculous. They run a good service but charge entirely too much. The service people are always helpful. Also they have been known to locate better seats also.
