I have been a client at the James Mark Salon in Elk Grove for a couple years. For years, I drove into downtown Sacramento to one of the top salons in the area. When I tired of driving, a friend recommended James. I am thankful for the recommendation. It's an awesome shop, very friendly and accommodating. All good, from the minute you walk through the door. The entire staff is engaged in making your experience the best it can be. James cuts and colors my hair and he does an amazing job. His ego is not involved in my haircut. He makes suggestions, takes my direction, and gives me what I ask for. He keeps very detailed computer records of his clients' hair color so he is not starting over the next time you have an appointment.. The entire staff is extremely professional and upbeat. I highly recommend the shop and, in particular, James Mark. Jan
