I usually loved this place however this time I went in and asked for partial highlights and ended up paying for full highlights that I didn't even want. The owner told me that if I didn't agree to pay for the full price, he would have the stylist simply remove the foil and let me walk out with bleach in my hair! I had no idea that she was doing a full set when I asked her why she was doing hair on the bottom I was told they were testing strands, then when she started the sides I again asked her what she was doing and she responded by telling me that she was doing a full set of highlights. I told her that's not what I wanted and she said that is what would look best. It was a horrible experience, I'm not even happy with what they did! I will not go back and will continue to post bad reviews. If you have to drive to San Francisco...DO IT! Good luck in your search...
