Businiess name:  Mark's Kitchen
Review by:  Holly F.
Review content:
What? You haven't been to Mark's? Drop everything and get on it. If it's early order the pancakes. Or the spinach tofucakes breakfast (try it as a sandwich if you order to-go). For dinner have the spinach tofucakes again. Or the Chicken teriaki & sweet potato omelet. Mark's blends diner food with Korean cuisine and a dash of old fashioned Takoma Park crunchiness to build a menu a very diverse group of people will be very, very happy with. You can have the burger, she can have the chap jae. Best of both worlds, see? And for the ginger fan this place is heaven - ginger burgers, ginger milkshakes, ginger hot tea and the grand finale: a ginger sundae (ginger ice cream on gingerbread with a ginger/caramel sauce). Yum.
